Castle Vets is located on the Tilehurst Road next to the BP garage.

We have a large, accessible car park adjacent to the building making transport of your pets to and from the surgery hassle free. If you have an injured or disabled pet who is too heavy to lift, please contact reception who will be happy to assist.
