Castle Vets have been caring for pets in the Reading area for over 100 years - we have been based at our present site on Tilehurst Road, Reading since 1972.

Our 10 vets, 14 veterinary nurses, student nurses and reception staff offer a wide range of expertise to provide individually tailored care for your pet in sickness and health.

Castle Vets is accredited by the RCVS. We are proud to be the only local practice offering completely separate cat friendly facilities. Our integrated Cat Clinic recently won a Gold Award from the Feline Advisory Bureau and is part of our outstanding modern layout including segregated in-patient wards and operating theatres, comfortable waiting areas and a large car park.
