Louise joined Castle Vets as a receptionist in 2009.
She considers herself to be very lucky in her job, as she loves meeting our clients and their pets. She also loves the fact that no two days are the same on reception, you never quite know how the day will unfold!
She lives with four lovely cats, her baby daughter and husband, so her family life is just as busy as her work.
