We have two completely separate waiting areas, one exclusively for cats, manned by our welcoming reception team.
These bright, spacious areas have informational television and air conditioning. We have wheelchair access and a point of service at both counters for customers who may find tall reception desks difficult.
Please ask if you require any help transporting your pets from the car park.
