Melissa Polden

Melissa joined us at Castle vets in July 2021 and is a qualified Veterinary Nurse who studied at Nottingham Trent University.

Melissa has a keen interest in Rabbits and critical care patients. These interests led her to doing some further training in Rabbit Care. 

Melissa has a Sprocker Spaniel called Darcy, some horses and two rabbits called Dopey and Dinky. 

Outside of work Melissa enjoys horse riding and long dog walks. 

Melissa chose to work at Castle vets as it has been her "family's favourite vets for many generations for all our pets!"
